The Applicant is proposing to rezone the subject lands from Single Residence Three (SR3) to Medium Density Three (MD3) with site specific provisions. The site specific provisions include:
  • A reduction in the flankage yard setback from 6.0 metres to 3.0 metres,
  • A reduction in the minimum required landscape open space from 50% to 44%,
  • An increase in the maximum permitted density from 36 units/ha to 63 units/ha
Purpose: This application is being advanced to permit the development of the lands with 8 terrace dwelling units, each with two bedrooms.

At a Neighbourhood Meeting on November 10th, 2015. The applicant presented a new proposal which would place three single family dwellings on the property and request a rezoning to SR1-10.
